Korek

For GCE O Level and A Level candidates in Cameroon

Practise the CGCE the way the exam is set.

Korek brings past questions from the Cameroon General Certificate of Education (CGCE) together in one place. Work each question on paper, check your answer, then see the working and a video explanation when you need them.

Cameroon

Built for classrooms like yours

Study together, or alone, at your own pace.

Whether you are in a government school in Yaoundé, a mission school in Bamenda or a private college in Douala, the exam asks the same questions. Korek keeps those questions in one place so you can practise them any time, on paper, with the same rules the board uses.

y = mx + c Pythagoras: a² + b² = c²

Why Korek

Our mission

Many Cameroonian students study hard but meet the exam without enough practice on the questions the board actually sets. Korek closes that gap. We publish real CGCE questions with clear working, make it easy to practise on paper, and connect students with tutors who can check their reasoning. Every candidate should be able to practise as often as they need, with feedback they can trust.

Getting started

How to use Korek as a student

  1. Create your account

Enter your name, phone number or email, and a password of at least 8 characters with a number. Complete the short "I am not a robot" check.

  2. Choose your exam and subjects

Pick GCE O Level or A Level. Subjects that are open now can be chosen. Subjects still being prepared show as "Coming soon", and you can ask to be told when they open.

  3. Practise a past question

Open a question, work it out on your own paper, and type your final answer. Korek tells you if it is right. Once you have checked, you can open the working, one step at a time, and a video explanation if one is available.

  4. Send your working to a tutor (optional)

Photograph or draw your working and send it. A verified tutor reviews it and gives feedback.

  5. Sit a mock

Try a timed mock or a national mock sitting, then see your results and the questions you missed.

Video explanations

For step-by-step video explanations, students should go to @itsmathstimequestionsandan466 on YouTube. It is the channel we recommend for working through CGCE maths questions.

Watch on YouTube

Your classmates appear under pseudonyms on the leaderboard. You can message classmates at your school, and anyone at another school only after both of you agree through a contact code.
